Welcome from Our President

As President of the Indiana chapter of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) I welcome you to our chapter website. In perusing our website we hope that you will find an interest to engage with us, consider becoming a member and getting involved, educate yourself on local and national transportation issues, network with elected officials, business leaders and community members and national transportation leaders; and advocate for improvements in access and opportunities. Our work involves collaboration with local, state and federal government agencies, transit oriented businesses and individuals and local communities to inform, encourage achievement and promote access to a variety of people and resources in the transportation arena.

You want to make a lasting contribution to your community?  Improvements in transportation can make a big difference in peoples’ lives.  Transportation enhancements can have a continued impact on economic development, cultural development and community infrastructure.
